My name is Jennifer and I moved to the Outer Banks in 2004 from Carroll County, MD. I began working at a small shipping business in Kill Devil Hills and had absolutely no idea what I was doing! After working for 10+ years in the business, learning the trade and details, and learning about our community, I decided to take the leap and open my own local store! I hope to see the same familiar faces and also new ones during my new venture. I am beyond excited to be able to expand the services that are needed on our ever-growing sandbar. We offer shipping from all major carriers, freight shipping, copies/faxing, on and off-site/after-hours notary services, laminating, and mailbox rentals. We also offer hotel returns of lost/found items and have established a professional and personal relationship with most businesses in our area. We will ship internationally, however, restrictions on imports/exports are constantly updating. Customs, taxes and duties are FEDERALLY regulated, therefore, once your item has entered customs, they have their own rules and regulations. We have no way of knowing how long they will hold the package before allowing it to be delivered, or if they will charge the recipient a fee upon pick-up.
Yes, we offer Post Mailboxes (PMB). The difference between these and a PO Box is that we will accept packages from ALL carriers, not just the Post Office. You will need to provide 2 forms of valid ID to open a box. This service also allows free notary and faxing.
PMB pricing - $20/month, $55/3 months, $100/6 months, $125/year
Our fax machine is on 24/7. You can not only send but receive a fax as well. Pricing for local and receiving - $2 for the first page, $.50 for any additional.
Long distance - $3 for the first page, $1 for any additional.
Our email is checked 7 days a week. Let us know what your needs are and we will gladly do our best to accommodate. Notary fees are $10 per stamp. Off-site travel fees will also apply.
As long as your package meets the requirements of an insurable item, and you have proof of value/appraisal, then yes. Photos will be taken at our office during the packaging process to provide to the carrier of your choice if need be.
Absolutely! You must provide a valid photo ID to retrieve your item. There is a $5 handling fee that must be paid at that time.
Yes, but you must bring the shipping label, not the QR code. If you have only the code, that's okay! Bring in your return and your phone so that we can get the label that is needed. We will also package the item and give you a receipt for proof of return.
We offer secure document shredding at $.90 per pound. Our locked bins our picked up bi-weekly and are under 24/7 video surveillance.
